Its Fonda Rae's "Over Like a Fat Rat" Released on VANGUARD Records on 12" in 1982. This track has been sampled by a heap of Hip-hop Artists that's Because the Bassline is just so Tuff! ie "Eric B is President". The production on this track is also amazing! Vocals Keys everything.
